The apartment is not rented for group of clients who are under 24 years old.
New cottage area between Ruka fell and highway nr 5. Nearest ski lift Talvijärvi, nearest restaurant Royal Ruka. To the skibus stop 400 m. Grocery store 1.4 km. Internet-connection (wireless 4 G)

Additional information: Locked warehouse. Good unit for business groups.
Note: hot tub and gas fireplace on terrace are not in use.
If there have been pets or smoking inside or on the terrace, the customer will be billed at least 1000 e for intensive cleaning.
